Approved repair

Manufacturer-approved repair

If your vehicle is damaged after a non-fault accident where there's an identified insured third party, we will repair it.

Your repairs will be completed to manufacturer-approved standards and you'll be kept regularly informed on their progress.

Van replacement

Like-for-like van replacement

In the event of a non-fault accident where there's an identified insured third party we will seek to provide you with an as-new like-for-like replacement vehicle up to 7.5 tonnes.

This is better than a courtesy car from your insurer, and we'll deliver it to your home or work address - you don't even have to go and collect it yourself.

You'll be able to drive the same type of commercial vehicle as your own while we complete your repairs.

Accident recovery

UK-wide accident recovery

Accident recovery is generally not included in motor insurance or breakdown cover.

If your vehicle is unsafe and/or unlawful to drive following an accident, we will recover it free of charge UK-wide. This benefit is available even where the accident is your fault, so long as there is a party we can recover our costs from - such as your own insurer.

This can save you hundreds of pounds and you'll never be stranded.
